I definitely visited the job sites a lot when I was starting out, but after working with the same team for a couple of years, I don’t have to do that anymore 😊
If you make a built in window seat, you could easily keep it an easy access to the backyard. You know people are going to do it....might as well build it in. Also, I love this midway check on a project!!
I really enjoyed your progress report! It is interesting to see the project as it is underway. Good job showing us flashbacks to the "before" pictures. The huge downstairs was so odd when you bought it, but it is really taking shape! Good job, Elisa!

are you ever concerned you will "out do" the other houses in the neighborhood, making the flip house too big/too nice for area?

I did look at the comps to make sure there’s a market for homes of a larger size before I decided to do the addition
