Help pls (senior 78 yr old). My Toshiba Satellite boots to Windows 10 perfectly. My problem is that the "Toshiba Leading Innovation" screen does NOT show up at all. I probably messed something up in the BIOS (which is not UIFEI). How do I get the Toshiba Leading Innovation screen to show up so I can press F2 / F12 to view my BIOS ? Thank You

is there a trick in older toshiba laptops to skip the mem test? everytime it starts, with 4 gigs of ram it takes about one and a half minute in slash screen if i reduce the ram it will start quicker

Why you would not be able to install windows through Bootable USB? Would you please explain? Also, you can use external dvd drive if you have got one. Thanks

You need to update the Bios from the maker's official website and it should resolve the issue.

You can try to put the default bios settings first to check if it boots to windows or still goes to the bios screen.

Does the hard drive have any important data? Does it make any cracking sound?

My asus hdd is corrupted...My laptop was workin fine but suddenly BSoD came sayin MEMORY MANEGEMENT.. Then it turned off and and restarted. .it opened to bios when it restarted..after i closed the bios, my laptop is stuck on asus logo...bios isn't opening....I am gonna replace my hdd with ssd today let's see if it works...

Sorry to hear that, did you unplug the hard drive once and give it a try i mean if it says no bootable drive? also without the hard drive try to get into bios system and see if there is any changes!

It seems an issue with the RAM module, switch off the machine and take out one module and then turn it on.

ohh, i am sorry to hear that.Disconnect the hard drive and try again.

The first drive was detected and opened when connected to other pc. So its the MBR problem on that drive. You don't need to Format the drive or delete the data. Just Fix its MBR and you are ready to go. It takes only a few seconds.

Hello there..while watching the video what i did was hold the power button even when the screen was on and after a while it shutdown..and restarted and worked fine...try doing that it might help
