Kara is so thoughtful actually, all throughout the series she have a lot goodies she given to Lena, but Lena is more than that for buying CatCo for Kara, sending overflowing flowers on Kara's office that is definitely deep love for Kara 😊😊😊

The number of times Lena has offered pizza and potstickers or ice cream I swear food is really their language of love Plus Kara is always making sure Lena eats because she loves food so she likes to give food to ppl she loves

Yeah, I swear since day 1, the way they act around eachother is NOTHING like any friendship I've ever had. And I sort of pride myself on having solid long term friendships.

Crossing the globe to get a dessert that Lena probably only mentioned in passing conversation, because you paid THAT MUCH ATTENTION to her every word! Literally filling "her friend" Kara's office with flowers! Build a statue in Supergirl's honor! Just BUYING A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR MEDIA COMPANY YOU KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT LEADING, just to make Kara happy with her job! It's almost ridiculous how deep this "friendship" is. If this is what Kara and Lena do for friends, what would they do for each other in a show where they were canonically in love?

I know they won’t be canon, but it’s only because TPTB are a bunch of wusses. They clearly love each other. Watching S6 might just be a waste of time.

I love this! Definitely needed after all the angst. And yes Supercorp's language of love is in all kind of forms...whether through food 🍔🍟🍩, or hugs/holding hands 👭, or verbally like "you're my favorite person", "that's what friends are for" and "Always". Although they do have a genuine friendship (though strained atm), let's be honest...friends don't gaze at each other longer than necessary, stare at each other's pictures in a wistful and longing way and most of all they don't do HUGE, extravagant gestures like showering their friend's entire office w/ flowers, buying a company for them or flying to 3 different countries to get their favorite food like Kara and Lena do. That's right up Ted Mosby's alley (particularly the last part w/ HUGE, extravagant gestures). 😂 It would be seen as romantic. Again how are they not canon yet?

Agree! The only reason they aren't canon yet is bc is about two woman and also, it was no planned, at all, but the chemistry is out of this world. The audience want it and they're giving it to us slowly. So, listen to me, 2020 is the year for #supercorp become canon. Mark my words

That's the only reason the showrunners/writers/CW are holding back from Supercorp being canon is because it's two female characters (which is a poor excuse because nowadays same-sex pairings are more accepted compared to 20 years ago. Hell freaking Korrasami is canon/endgame from LoK and that's a kids show). Otherwise the show would've been gone there w/ Supercorp long ago. But like you said, I also believe Supercorp is the unintended love story w/ loads of chemistry (all due to Melissa and Katie would work brilliantly together and sell their scenes on-screen), compelling story potential and years of slow-burn buildup. No one ever imagined that Supercorp would gain such a MASSIVE following and make such a strong impact on fans like they have. Compared to 2 years ago where the thought of Supercorp was "ridiculous" and we were "delusional" for even shipping them, now people outside of the fandom are recognizing Supercorp and see the chemistry, story potential and romantic undertones. Honestly the fandom has come a long way and it really feels like it's possible Supercorp could finally become canon. For me it's the true love story of the show. #SupercorpEndgame

There's no afraid to ask in interviews about #supercorp and TV Guide promoting supercorp canon, like, TV Guide is own by one of the CW parent company's!! My gosh, this is no a joke anymore and either queerbaiting us. They are testing waters and the response has been crushing so hopes up for supercorp endgame. You know, I have this feel that the 100th episode is gonna be a supercorp one, and it'll be a first step to the reconciliation. I can't wait!

This Season does feel different, not just actual canon moments (The reveal scene in 5x01 felt like a parallel to Clois on Smallville; all the significant moments in 5x03 especially the "You Mean The World To Me" montage; the heartbreaking confrontation in 5x07; and lastly their scenes/significant moments in 5x08 especially the hologram scene and the "Head Above Water" montage) but interviewers bravely asking about Supercorp, Supercorp getting recognition and being acknowledged in articles online especially TV Guide which is major. To top it off, Supercorp are winning polls consistently including March Madness, CarterMatt's Shiptober and Ship of the Year. So yes, it really does feel different and the response has been huge and positive. Yeah I think the 100th episode is going to be huge and I can see Supercorp having great content in it. Hopefully something happens that will lead them to a reconciliation or a step closer to it. I can't wait either!

After seeing the 5x13 the penny dropped, I had a click. So the 100th episode did not make supercorp canon but we are getting there hopefully. Yes it feels like they are testing the viewers and the public to see if it will bother people. I really hope they will listen to their fans, but not only their fans, just to see the beautiful love story right under their nose. Wether they make it canon or not Lena is Kara's soulmate. I am looking forward to season 6!
