Language of Iron | OFFICIAL TEASER | AI-Generated Trailer

AI resurrects antiquity's most improbably conflict-The War of the Heavenly Horses-between the ascendant Han empire and the descendants of the furthest outpost of Alexander the Great's empire in an epic saga of power, betrayal, and the quest for legendary steeds that could change the fate of nations.

I know there's artistic license and all but I'm gonna be the pedantic one and point out that 1- alexander never approached china any further than western india 2- the hunnic migrations were in the 5th century AD while alexander's empire crumbled with his death in 300 BC and the Han dynasty lasted from 200 BC to the 3rd century AD so you might want to do some adjustments there (by contrast it's a proven fact there were contacts/awareness between the roman empire and the hans, so that might have been a better choice)

Hey, appreciate the comment since I spent a while thinking of how to balance the historicity and accessibility within 2 minutes. This is a dramatization of The War of the Heavenly Horses which the Han fought against a people they called Ionians (Yuan) in the location of Alexandria Eschate, a city Alexander founded on the ruins of Cyropolis in present day Tajikistan. This was part of the Han's war with the Xiongnu, whose relationship to the later Huns and Hunna is still debated, but since they entered the public consciousness as the Huns (via Mulan) it seemed like a more accessible choice. I took pretty significant artistic license with the representation of the Greeks, who at this point probably dressed and fought more like Scythians than Spartans, but wanted something aesthetically striking. I really do love the history and hope this inspired the same in others so appreciate being kept honest!

Alexander the Great died before the Han Dynasty was established, tho. You must mean the Zhou dynasty.

This was two centuries after his death against a city that retained its Greek identity. Updated the description for clarity!
