Beautiful Langtang Valley! Such a treat! It's wonderful to see Tibetan culture being fostered and protected within the boundaries of Nepal. It's important to realize that Tibetan cultures have existed in these parts well before the current boundaries of Nepal came into being, and that Tibetans are also one of the ethnic groups that have inhabited Nepal for ages just like all the other castes of Nepal. Hats off to you guys for covering such a beautiful part of the country

Glad you enjoyed our work. Technically as a foreign national you do need a guide to do the trek. But seems like it is not strictly practiced. You will probably find out once you get there. I hope that was helpful.

Hallo.The last days I watch all about chinese cooking:It is like Italian cooking at a Pizzeria and Greek cooking at a traditional Greek grill restaurant.The meals are served fresh and hot at that hour.Instead I myself I am sensitive at meals at a classic restaurant after 4 at afternoon...and the temperature rise over 20 or 30 or 40 c...and.....Love.Bye.
