Langston Baptist Church (formed in 1773 on land donated by Solomon Langston) is located at 1474 Langston Rd., Clinton, SC. The church was originally called Upper Duncan's. Solomon Langston is Dicey Langston Springfield's father. Dicey is best known as a Revolutionary War heroine. Her father Solomon was injured while serving in the Revolutionary War.
