A landscape photography Vlog from the most northerly point in Ireland, Malin Head. Thankfully, despite the lack of cloud cover, I was still treated to some amazing light just as the sun was setting!

Great stuff! its been on my radar for a while to get up there still looking forwards to getting there.. Last time I was in Donegal Star wars was filming up there so didn't bother trying up there as didn't think I'd get near it!

hello Steven, new subscriber here. I have a question on how you meter. Do you use your matrix meter mode (Nikon term) to measure the sky, then measure the foreground? The difference in stops between the two measurements determines the ND grad strength? Or do you use center weighted or spot measurements of the sky and foreground to determine the ND grad? Of course you would then shoot in manual mode. I am not sure it would work shooting in auto mode with the grad, and I know it would not work with the 3 or 10 stop ND filters. That would be something good to go over in your vlogs (about how you metered the scene).
