There are many old strains that are close to landrace strains (like Afghan) with medium THC, that hit me harder than newer breeds with higher THC. And if not harder, it tends to hit me nicer 😘

My kroeng krawia is what all sativas wish they could no sativa high like it anywhere very little known about this cultivar but let me tell u if u got the time and want a thin leaf buzz unlike any other get some of these ladies going I’m starting up a cross project next week with some of these the 24-28 week flower time is well worth the wait once you’ve tried it

That reminds me of some seeds I passed on, but a friend purchased. 72' Columbian Gold, 18 wk flower time, $25/10 regular seeds. I believe they were from USC, Underground Seed Company. I used to see there stuff on Sannie's Seeds, in The Netherlands. Last few times I tried to get on his site, nothing appears, so I'm not sure if he's still working..?! I think Attitude Seed Bank has USC genetics. That 72' Columbian Gold was the real deal. 18 wks flowering! I grew World of Seeds Santa Marta Columbian Gold, around 10 wks flowering time (in 2009'). Nothing special, but an old timer really liked it. The 72' Columbian Gold, flowering for 18 wks, would be extremely special. To keep creating seeds that take that long to flower, really shows how much love someone had for that very special plant! Forgive my rambling, please. I often regret not getting that 72'.👍💯✌️

lt was nice to start tokin' in the last hurrah of tropical imported sativas in the late 70s here in small-town BC. l got to experience the real old-fashioned smoke today's young'uns never ever had. Some imports were good, some were shwag, some were fucking AWESOME!. l wish l had some of those seeds still that we threw away without a thought when getting ready to spin up some doobs.

Top landrace for me right now is Maui Wowie. I’m currently growing a few pure Maui Wowie plants and a couple White Voodoo plants, which is Maui crossed with White Widow. The seeds were given to me by a neighbor who I traded some Skunk #1 seeds for. I tried some from his last harvest and it was enough to couch lock me for hours and I have a high tolerance, so I’m excited to see how my plants do. We have been texting each other back and forth pictures of our progress and it has been a fun experience.

Nobody has ever complained about the potency of my landraces unless its to say its too powerful.

I started popping the land race in C.A. getting Sitiva, hybrid and Indica plants outta the seeds coming in the local.... can't wait to see what comes from it! 🎉

there is also the brazilian landrace "manga rosa" which is the one that was used to create white whidow!!!

I dont know if it was just inexperience or the weed but in 1985 the weed made peanut butter and jelly or ice cream with coco taste so increadible.

unfortunately, there are a lot of seed companies out there saying they have Panama red or Acapulco gold Colombian gold whatever and it's not it let me tell you I was around in the 80s and 90s and what they're selling it looks good but it isn't it. It has no power at all. might be a few old hippies around that has the real stuff still going been doing repro but far and a few between most people just use the name like purple haze or Romulan as selling points and it's not the original strains! J?
