This video is great. Not too many attorneys creating content on the more difficult situations. Most of the videos online are repetitive and basic. I am the Tenant watching videos by attorneys to teach Landlords how to fight their case, which is helping ME get tips on how to fight mine.

The "Slippery stair case" is wrong in many states and countries Informing the Tenant that a Common area may be ice And slippery to walk on is a negligent duty of care to the tenant that is not in the care of common areas owned by the Landlord Nor is having an agreement to clean/clear as to payment or credit to a rental from the tenant..Shoveling and deicing is the "What a normal duty of care" would be As putting a sign on a wet floor...If a blind man falls because of it is the person owning the floor still liable? And what value of sight does a person have to have before the owner of the wet floor is off the hook 100%?...With snow laws where i am from property owners after 24hrs from the >Start< of the snow to clear the grounds However during this they are still held accountable to a lesser degree

This was not a common area, it was part of the property.

It's called small claims court or civil court for a judgement. Then file it with sheriff and they will garnish their wages. Lasts ten years but you can renew.

I lost everything I own, it’s been a year and we’re still infected me and my kids. Evicted us 15 days before our 4 year lease. I have so much evidence proving his water was contaminated and he was negligent. Can’t find help.

each city has non profit organizations to help you fight yourself and / or to find an attorney to try to take your case.
