Brilliant. It was an eye opener. "If you don't understand the Title, dig further deep" ... I was just ignoring such Jobs so far. Not anymore Ratio of 70:6, for Applying v/s getting responses ... huge takeaway ... getting tired after 15-20 applications (without response) is so common. Now definitely I have a new target for myself. Thanks Brad. Thanks Chelsea :)

I think her job search technique was interesting. She purposely chose to be as general as possible (Salesforce & Remote). I like the idea of not discrediting yourself before you even apply. Thank you for the video!

People always want to latch on to the failures of an approach. Salesforce and SFTrailhead have so many stories of success, yet many still doubt it I started with Trailhead a week ago because I also heard of it from FI Podcast. I’m studying Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics but want to bolster that with SF knowledge I’m hoping to get in with SF’s HealthCloud when all is said and done. Great video and congrats to Chelsea on the growing family and career

Wonderful! It sounds like you have a great plan. I totally agree, even if you have another plan Salesforce is a low barrier to access skill to keep in your back pocket or as an axillary skill.

@@SalesforceForEveryone Thank you! I'm trying to get started. I'm currently a quality assurance specialist and we work with the salesforce platform using sandbox for training purposes and overall general view dealing with complaints. I want to become a salesforce administrator but I have no IT experience nor a Bachelor's so I believe my starting point would be junior administrator but I am not sure. I am currently getting started with trailhead. I will look into this as well thank you!
