Here is a how to change the differential oil on a Land Rover Discovery Sport 2016 L550 2.0 4x4 Model. This should be the same procedure on all Discovery Sports from 2015 onward with exception of the 2wd models which obviously don't have the rear differential.
You will need some very basic tools and the oil, links to everything you need are provided below:

The recommended oil for both the front and rear differential on the Discovery sport 2.0 diesel is 75w 90 GL5, there are different brands but the oil I used can be bought here:

To be able to pump in the new oil from under the car you need a pump or syringe. Without this the job is going to be difficult. There are many different types available but the one I used is the Sealey AK54 which is affordable and very robust. This can be bought here:

Copper sump plug rings - Sadly I didn't have these at the time of making this video but ideally you need to replace them each time you open a plug. They are very cheap and you can get a box of them here:

For the rear diff you will need the correct Allen (Hex) key. A small set can be bought here:

That's pretty much all you need! If you are a DIY mechanic then you should have most of these tools to hand. The only thing I had to order to do the job other then the correct oil was the Syringe and I highly recommend the Sealey AK54 ( I'm not sponsored by them or anything, I just found it to be a really well made affordable tool - still, if anyone at Sealey see's this and want's to send me free stuff, I'm happy to accept! :-D ).
