Kaixo, lo que es increible o tal vez indignante, es que el mejor documental jamas hecho sobre los deportes vascos relacionados con la fuerza haya sido realizado por un extranjero, Rogue. Es decir, los extranjeros y parte del mundo de la fuerza mundial aprecian mas esta tradicion que los propios vascos y sus medios. Te recomiendo ver el documental que hizo Rogue hace unos pocos años sobre este mismo tema.

I agree. But to be fair trips to different countries is lots of funding so it’s not easy for other strongmen to bring content like this. But yes I wish more would do this but having martins doing this makes it so much more appreciated

I got to visit Basque country for a few weeks when I was 17; it’s such a wonderful area with so much culture. I hope to back someday

I love how Martins stays humble. He is always getting more excited to meet these little known local legends then they are to meet the WSM!

- Map at the beggining was the Basque Country Autonommus Region, not the Basque region as a whole (Euskal Herria) - The Basque Country was conquered by the Romans, but it did resist the visigoths Amazing video btw

Mostly they allied with the romans, as they formed an auxiliar cohors called the Cohors II Hispanorum Vasconum which served in Germania, Britania and Mauritania, as the roman historian Tacito wrote.

This was so good. The level of care and attention to detail is insane. Can't wait to see this full series.

Basque makes some of the best axes in the world. Their axe competitions are crazy! They are badass forsure. The way they swing those heavy racing axes looks so effortless. Anyone who has swung an axe, let alone a racing axe, knows how hard it is. And they make it look easy!
