But you've just said the cartels are in cohort with the land registrars which means even if you still do a due diligence of the legality of the land you want to buy their're still high chance of getting scammed

This is the most discouraging news I have learned about Kenya, I was thinking about moving to Kenya and buying land. I am sure foreigners will think twice before moving there. This news is so depressing about purchasing land.
Chapter 6 need to be fully implemented for systems to run smoothly in this country. Option number 3 on cartels could speed things up
So for example my plot number is LR/270 and someone salivates over it and they know cartels at the ministry of lands, they would just go and tell them about my plot and corrupt everything despite all the evidence that i have in my file like Title, leases and stamp duty etc....😡🤔!
Kwanza they need to deal harshly with noisy churches mushrooming in residential areas, nobody wants to wake up on any Sunday to loudspeakers booming with all kinds of craziness.
