    You installed 4g64 head onto 4g63 engine? If so, is it A direct bolt on? This build is bad ass bro. Good job 💪💪💪

    Is this a 4g69 block? 2.4liter? I have an 04 and want to convert it to DOHC idkw where to start man. Looks goooood!!

    Thank you man appreciate the support I’m using the 4g64 block from a 01 3g eclipse stock bottom end is stronger than the 4g69 in stock form the swap would however be easier using the 69 block since the front engine mounting bracket on the timing side needs to be swapped to the 04-06 ralliart one when using the 64 in order for it to 100% bolt in without custom engine mount I’m using the g4js Kia Optima head with evo 4-8 cams and valve train but an evo head can be used as well if your 04 has the 4g69 from the factory the dohc will be easy for you I would just be wary I have seen 69s bend rods and throw rods with any more than 15 psi of boost below that you’ll be fine anything above I would build the bottom end the 64 block can handle over 20 psi on stock internals due to having thicker rods for tuning I’d just use the stock ecu with a tactrix openport 2.0 cable you can download tephramod evo roms and flash to the ecu using EcuFlash and evoscan is a great data logging software to use as for turbo kit I would try to use as much stock evo parts as possible or you’ll end up modifying a lot of the aftermarket stuff to just get it to work with the car like I had to with my 2g DSM 20g turbo I’m running, aftermarket mani to clear the block I can’t run ac or power steering on this setup and I have a modified aftermarket intercooler and pipe setup to make it work you’ll also need an evo 8 intake manifold and throttle body as well as running your turbo oil feed if using a g4js head tee of the oil sending unit or run a oil filter sandwich plate which I don’t 100% trust sorry about taking so long to reply I have more videos of the car including my latest video of it on my channel running 20 psi of boost at 8000 rpm doing a pull on the streets thanks again for the support let me know if you have anymore questions I’m always happy to help

    @@bmartinez4450 gotcha man, it’s honestly a pretty easy swap everything bolts right up with the right parts only a few changes to wiring like lengthen a few wires and change a couple plugs on the harness and add a coolant sensor on the water neck outlet

    Mines the 3g eclipse trans with the oz rally diff and final drive swapped in I would suggest going to 04-06 ralliart trans axles and 5 lug hub personally

    @@djpollo2474 yeah it swaps directly in you will have to shim roller bearing contact surfaces roughly 1/8 in to make correct bearing preload all that is explained on evolutionm.net in detail if you read into the swap and no the oz rally differential is not limited slip from the factory
