I did everything in my situation I was supposed to. Somehow I'm punished for another's actions. 😢

I am numb. I didn't have any emotions in the last years. But tonight was different. It was like as if I awoke from my coma. I had a very genuine sad dream. I was with someone I have never seen in real life. These guys were my best friends. We hung around, did stupid stuff, tricked people and laughed it off. We rang at doors and run for our lives. Then the next dream started in this dream. I was with these people again. This time we were outside. It was sunny. The most beautiful day you could ever imagine. Birds flying by and singing. My heart opened up. We flew around and visited a majestic building. Overall, it was a wonderful dream again. I had 5 dreams that night. However, the last dream broke my heart. We were together again. This time it was cloudy and some terrorists attacked us. Then one of my friends jumped in front of me to protect from a bullet and died saying "you have to live. Please become someone you can be proud of." Then this song played silently in the background. His words shattered my heart into pieces. It was like my brother died. I'm still in shock after I woke up. I never knew dreams can be THIS vivid. I saw everything clearly in 3D. It was amazing. I never knew I could have these sort of emotional dreams. It was all so real and authentic. Unlike in the reality I had emotions. Do you know what's it like to have NO emotions, being numb all day and then all of the sudden having the most vivid dreams ever feels like?

This is her favourite artist. I never liked any of Lana's songs, personally. But after meeting her, suddenly I began to listen to these songs on repeat. I now realise it's because when I listened, when I felt it, I thought of her...and that feeling was beyond anything I have ever felt.
