I love the way that Lana incorporates strings, piano, harp, etc. into her songs for a lush and melancholic instrumental base. It makes her songs more emotional than they would be if she had used 100% synth like the rest of the music industry.

You can just tell by the qualities of all the separate instruments. like some instrumentals of Ride that I found had bad quality piano, or the drumming didn't go, or the strings were fake as hell, some even had fake vocals for the humming at the beginning, it sounded so bad hahaha. This one is definitely the official :)
