I love how Lana puts amazing orchestral sounds, with a subtle hip-hop beat and ties it in together with her deep voice. And her videos are so vintage and old fashioned. Its the perfect combination. Plus she doesn't go for any huge attention factors. What you see in her videos is her. She's definitely one of the most talented musicians we have in our generation.

Top quality if we talk about the 2012 songs like this one, where she sounds like a popped up type of Portishead or The lost patrol. Not often seen these days. Same age as me. My friend recommended Lana’s songs and I immediately fell in love. As a guy, it's not something I advertise lol, but I've listened to her music more than any other artist.

2018 I left my grandmother's house, armed with a little money and a motorbike, every day I spent my time at an internet cafe, and I always played lana's song, only lana accompanies me when I have no one, what a bitter past :(

The symbolism of this music video is just on point. Lana is definitely in a dangerous love affair, and she knows how dangerous that is, nevertheless she went into a pool full of alligators to meet him. Notice at 2:53 when she made out with him, simultaneously, she was wrapping her hands around the alligator to the sound of 'I told you that no matter what you did, I'd be by your side". At 3:28, you see Lana- the prey- being controlled by her boyfriend-the predator-, then at 3:50 we start seeing her pushed down and drowned by her boyfriend, which is how alligator kills its prey, right? One of my favorite music video for Lana!
