This is so pretty! I'd love to see more art videos. My only suggestion is that you make the thumbnail a zoomed in part of the picture so that the end result isn't spoiled for us viewers:) Otherwise lovely video (and the masking tape peeling was satisfying) ❤️

It will be great to see more illustrations. How many of your dolls started as an illustration first? What inspired you to do this particular illustration?

I usually draw at least a basic sketch for doll concepts, but I don’t know if I’ve made one based totally on a previous illustration though. I do plan to make some of my own characters in the future which would kind of fit that category though! This one in particular (or the sketch at least) was kind of the product of me working on the design of one of those characters; in the end it isn’t her, but they have a similar look~ I think the colours probably were influenced even subconsciously by those Belle-Epoque French posters and other art of the time. I think it has a more sombre mood than they suggest, though :o
