Yes, but hot wheels makes it unlike a BTCC race car which should have a lower height and interior rollbar. It's just a standard volvo 850 with racing livery.

Love listening to Mark Jones! I wish he was given more time and opportunity to talk cause I feel like he had a lot more to say, but with Jimmy and everyone else there and perhaps confidentiality reasons, he was holding back. There needs to be another video like this but with only Mark, where he gets to say anything and everything he wants about these cars. That will be one worth watching. P.S. the absolute star of the show for me is the E39 M5. I've waited over 10 years for HW to do one and while the M livery one was great, this plain red one is THE ONE imo. I'm not keen on that number plate but other than that, it's bloody perfect!

I looked up the JACCS accord just to see the inspiration. Really cool to see these coming to us soon! I also love the W124!

Great reveals! Love that we're finally getting the Lexus IS300/Altezza and an Accord (hopefully a regular version in the future)! Any chance we might see some more classic Acura models like the Legend, 3.5RL, 3.2CL or 3.2TL? :) Would even take them as Matchbox if necessary. ;)

Super Hyped for the Altezza im glad its getting represented by Hotwheels such a cool car and under apperciated. Im super happy as a is300 owner i finally can get a hot wheels that looks like my car lol.

Mattel has to pay licensing for those items...so they don't wanna spend the pocket money on that Also, there's a hellava lot more American Muscle cars and classic Iron they should be doing. Not impressed with alot of this stuff shown here.

what a treat to get these two iconic designers on the chanel. Right off the back my fav is that Camaro on steroids. That Bugatti looks amazing. Love all the curves. Premium Mustang and Impala look awesome. We better a get a mainline version of that new Lambo Countach. That thing looks rad. Losing Dima for the bsic line is kinda sad to me,cuz I don't get many chances at premium castings. Hopefully the new designers have the same kind of imagination for the castings.

Matchbox used to do a 131 Abarth back in the early ‘80s.

I talked to Mark Jones at the convention about the Group 5 BMW, Unfortunately they arent able to do the classic orange livery but he said they will do the classic BMW three color stripes. Also love Jimmy playing with his Silvia in the background

My question to hot wheels is where is the recolor of the forgotten child the 2020 Corvette c8 which came only in blue in the mainline and copper in the id line

My mom is happy to see the RX8 release in the Hot Wheels lineup. She has been asking Mattel to make it for a long time as she owns one.

I have a Fire Eater from the early '90s with a bit of a shut-off miss - one of the rear windows has the bit of metal that got stamped out hanging on by one of its edges; I personally like it, it gives it character lol. Not so fond, however, of the other missed shut-off in my collection - the Subaru Impreza retool with the metal body and plastic chassis, but the metal is still present in one of the rear wing holes, like, completely. Dunno how that happened :-/ Also, love the gen-1 Viper! It has been done before, but as a 90s casting it had nowhere NEAR this much detail! I'm actually a bit surprised by this redesign, because the original casting was produced in the mainline as recently as last year - surprised, but pleasantly so :-D

So the Nissan Altima still doesn't exist in this diecast world & they could make a BAE edition already all busted up!! What a missed opportunity I've been looking for these Diecast since 94'!! Lol, Make The SE-R & 08' 3.5 Sedan tastefully modded with Stillen first, everyone will thank you!

​@@thecloud1432 based on last convention (lamley's live video) this definitely will be premium on cal culture set, and Altezza will be the chase, and there will be Civic EG with spoon livery, Miata NA, VW Corrado, and Fiat 131 (the green one)
