The engineering is amazing, just needed better finishing with the priming and painting. It did look a little rippley and had alot of dry patches with painting.

i think he used a model, measured the plates&pieces and then scale it up according to the ratio on the model car

My question is, who do you go to for repairs, maintenence and oil changes without them inflating the price, thinking that the car is something it isn't. And what about car insurance? How does that work?

It`s electric so maintenance is almost free.. you can use a donor car for id/insurance(different rules for different countries) :) i would use IMEV(motor is in the rear already) or Leaf(front end facing backwards new frame welded around it) as a donor car to keep ID / insurance low... :)
