Yo these plays are unreal. His pocket awareness was already insane but it has improved even more so this season. It reminds me of Aaron Rodgers when he would fake moving up the pocket to get the passrushers to go inside, then he would drop back again to buy more time and deliver a pass. But unlike rodgers he got the speed to break out and scramble outside the pocket. Its literally pick your poison with Lamar.

@@cozyboyreacts2799 you are right - but for the longest of times they couldn’t get the screen blocking or even the pass out in sync. A screen can go 5 or 30 yds but a decent screen setup could get you some important short yards or those 2/3 and long.

The only one’s that hate on this man are the one’s who expect him to play to their standards. When the pocket collapses and there’s nobody open to throw to I’m willing to bet most people hate the fact that he can still turn that same play into a gorgeous highlight wether in the air or on the ground. It’s not traditional for a QB to literally be surrounded and stopped dead to rights and somehow just quickly slither his way out of the jam and take off for a nice run or sling a dart with his arm. Nobody can duplicate it with that same kind of speed, awareness, elusiveness & accuracy like Lamar. You can put him on any team or provide him with the lowest tier of weapons and it makes no difference. I don’t think you can put Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Hurts, Dak or Purdy anywhere like Lamar and get the same kind of impact.
