The most terrifying aerospace squadron, semi-unironically, because the Arrow IV urbie is canon. An entire lance of that flying towards your force is the strangest threat, but it IS a threat.

@@rjhogan07 Luckily: LAM Urbie, should it ever exist, would not not allowed to mount Arrow IV (due to LAM restrictions). The world is simply not ready for such power to be given to an Urbie pilot...

@@wolf2965 Luckily, there is an urbie LAM in the mod and it can 100% mount an Arrow IV, cause why the fuck not. It's not like NPCs can complain...

In the original board game these were a thing. The Wasp, Stinger, and Phoenix Hawk were all based on the Valkyries from Macross.

After the reload, the LAMS ammo didn't make it into the Grasshopper. Also, the LAM looked fun! Great video man.

By the way, when a pilot goes missing in action you can go to the barracks (I think it’s the barracks) and choose to either arrange a rescue mission or just pay the ransom immediately.

One Thing you should keep in Mind. When an enemy is destroyed, all components are in the unit will get rolled on, if you can salvage it or not. Doesn't matter if it's destroyed or not. On a Mech, how you you destroyed it, will decide how many parts you can salvage. The percentages for the parts and the components can be toggled in the YAML Difficuilty menu. Don't know if it's well suited to assault missions, but will it replace the hero Locust in the recon mission? Hopefully the number of times the game crashed aren't due to a bigger problem coming.

He had it fixed and then the crash happened and he had all those squirrels distracting him again. He really needs to stop rushing through stuff.

I was curious about the flying Locust. It does look fun. This is so modded it's like a completely different game from what I play! 😆 It's like you were speaking a different language.

Now you need to start an entire company of them called the Plague of Locusts.

Maybe you need to go big AC and small lasers on the LAM, if your heat dissipation turns off while flying. Maybe heat banks over heat sinks? Definitely ecm or stealth.

For LAMs, the Urbie is excellent. With extra tonnage, UAV is a good choice. The pirate stuff is pretty OP. The small scrap gun might be an option in lieu of the lasers.

I have a few crazy light mechs running your mod list. Panther Katana Kat is crazy with two Parti-kill PPCs on the fast firing arm. Time to kill on heavies is ridiculously fast. FYI, The machine gun type ballistics occasionally crash my game...

The Agility Gyro is a solid pickup for a LAM, and Stealth is also pretty clutch when playing heavy tonnage missions

Great content Bara!! as always. One thing - your royal AMS doesn't have ammo. you have a ton of regular AMS ammo in the right leg, but no royal ammo.

I'm in early game with just lights and mediums, and recently came across my first Hellcat. So impressive. Bought it for 11 mil and had to spend 4 mil to fix it up (holy shit that ferro is expensive!), but it's so sweet compared to my Centurion. Fast and tough. Put in MASC, 2LL and an AC5 burst. Very fun but expensive. The Hellcat isn't in MWO. Makes me think of a mix between a Shadow Cat and a Mad Cat MKII.

LAMS are fun. Reminds me of "Little Dieter Needs to Fly"

it probably would have been good to leave the LAM at the dropship and swap to your Black Knight when you decided to leave the exploration mission, because the high value targets (the one with a crown) has given me either T5 weapons, mechs, or hero mechs.

The Scrap weapons are hilarious to use, you really need to try all 3 variants, especially the big ones. NOTE! The different sizes of scrap correlate to each different gun as their ammo, they are not interchangable

Ever since I removed clan invasion mod the game has been more stable for me. Not sure if that is the same reason for your crashes.

ive said it before and i'll say it again this game is a lot of fun doing lower tier missions, if you were just collecting heavy and assault there is no way that lam would have been tried. it appears its not xl friendly

Would it be faster to run-through Ravager Turrets on the ground vs shooting them? Seems like they have high hit points & take a long time to destroy. I think the LAM got taken out by that last Ravager you were hiding from on other side of wall.

14:17 It's a shame that the LCT-LAM you constructed is completely illegal - you are not allowed any armor or internal structure types that require critical slots (so no endo steel and no ferro-fibrous), it can only run standard or compact engine (so no XL!). YAML just does not model it correctly...

TT and lore restrictions for LAMs were removed for gameplay reasons. Far more fuckery is available for those that want it. Purists, like myself, just impose personal restrictions such as simply not equipping XLs in a LAM. The locust LAM is also non canon itself so simply having it at all is rule breaking.

You aren't seeing a lot of cool stuff in the stores because you are still early in the timeline. The clan mechs you got where out of sync and not part of the invasion mod or YAML Clan stuff.

So I've noticed that one of the mods causes your pilots to just stay where they are which led to your shadow hawk getting wasted. I think it's the TT mod that gives mech different roles.

how is he getting these frames? i have a 13900k and a 4090 and the game does not run anywhere near this good 😵

That's not right ...are you running on a gaming Laptop? Have you checked power plans? Check other mods, some can tank FPS.

coyote mission update it pls. less crashes for me.

vonBioms ...and at least 20sec. load time on black screen on random setting ...yea... My fav is Bamboo Forest... insta-action battlefield with huge map setting can take 40 seconds and sometimes even 1 minute to load, while vanilla maps load in 3sec. and most of vonbiomes does take 10-20 seconds, same as here. Thank you, I was worried it's my new hi-tier gaming PC while it's vonbiomes all this time, as unoptimized as possible, I almost consider removing that mod from load order altogether...just for fuck sake WTF. I even asked author and stated, that his assets will take longer to load but load times around above 30sec. are problem on my side ...what a bullshit.

After the restart the LAM armor wasn't full and the Laser AMS on Grassyboi didn't have Ammo. When my game crashes, I get so annoyed my brain crashes a bit, too. 😆
