I mean I like your energy but reality is Katie was included in the wedding and then they had a falling out and then Katie went to Mexico just for the fact that she could stand there and watch the wedding like that’s a horrible example I get your point it’s just not the best example because that was her and Katie fighting and they did do that in Mexico My response to the ensemble cast thing is if I want to watch people who aren’t actually friends, pretending to be friends, I have scripted television for that

So tired of LaLa carrying loaded hands. She is too old to play the bad A girl....she did not grow up in a underprivileged neighbor, fighting for shelter, clothes, food, and parents. Lala wants Ariana to pay for her having a child to support. Lala, if it is such a struggle having one, why are you having another? Children are not real estate or a paycheck.

One major problem, I have with Lauren from Utah and Sheena was do something in your life that will be monumental for the show…. why are we all depending on Ariana to have a conversation. Lauren could’ve slept with Schwartz. Lauren could’ve had a real baby father. There’s things that you can do in your life that you have control over. I’m pissed off that I can no longer profit off your trauma is wild to me…. If this is your livelihood, then bump it up a notch.

Even better have a storyline OTHER than kids, it’s trending towards people being uncomfortable with children in media soooo you’d think they’d find other storylines that aren’t JUST their children. Even The Valley has storylines not directly involving the kids but what it’s like to be a parent, including the ugly that Scheena and Lala don’t want to show

2 Points: 1) LVP definitely resents Ariana and the fact that she does not ‘need’ the show and/or LVP anymore. 2) 100% Tom was snooping in Ariana’s room. My soon to be ex and I separated about 4 months ago. I stayed in the house, but he comes over sometimes to watch our daughter. He always has some excuse for going into my room. He has the right to be in the house, he does not have the right to be in my room. It done on purpose to snoop and to piss me off. I can barely watch VPR because my ex and Tom are the same man.

That’s how I feel about Jo who is a whole adult and not a child. She’s capable of surviving as a hair stylist in LA for years but she can’t discern when she shouldn’t show up places she’s not welcome and expect open arms? Don’t show up to hang out with your enemies whom you betrayed when you had been friends with them (double dating with Tom and Rachel) and expect them to hand hold you through a guy who just isn’t that into you.

Your takes are always on point! I will never understand how Lala proclaims her boundaries from the mountaintop but does not understand or respect Ariana or Katie's for that matter, is so immature. And Scheana always being the "pick me" girl is exhausting. Also, they say they are tired of Ariana getting all the attention of fans but they profited off of her pain and trauma which is just gross!

Lala and Scheana want Ariana to carry the show but are upset they NEED her to carry the show. They are the coworkers who get made when call off because then they need to do their jobs and it shows their not good at it.

my theory is that sandoval genuinely believes cheating is justified (for him, at least) if a relationship is going through a dry spell. He strongly implied that in an earlier season (6, I think?)

Brothers - Jo seems to not give a shit about anyone - not sure about what actually happened with her and Kristen but she dumped her friendship to try hook up with Katie’s ex husband knowing they were going through a divorce - she does not deserve any pity. I am not a Schwartz defender, but he seems to be being extremely careful to protect her from some things coming out about her, the things that caused him to put the distance between them. My guess is that it is mental health related and although I am frustrated with how he treated her in their non-relationship, he (and some of the rest of the cast that seem to know) is standing very strong not to disclose things and that, I least, is the right thing to do.

I completely agree. I'm not a Schwartz defender at all either, but I very much think something more went down that he hasn't spoken about in regards to Jo. He's alluded to as much multiple times, including when he was just on Kristin's podcast. Maybe fake pregnancy scare or something along the lines of her being caught in a disturbing lie he doesn't want to become public for her sake.

I was in a group of friends with a very similar demographics to the VPR cast & they are very true to life for me as an elder millennial. We had almost identical scenarios play out in our group - but when we were in our early to mid 30s & that's why I rarely hang out with them ever anymore 🫣 watching this show is both triggering & cathartic lol
