Hey bro, you should get the cable that you can cut off the circuit right there at the 1/4” plug. D’Addario make them. It’s real convenient when you wanna mess around in the back of the base I have one I have a 5502 as well or if you want to change bases you just hit the button it takes it out of the circuit you unplug it put it in another bass. hermano disculpa la pregunta he visto que tienes y has probado todos los bajos que estoy pensando comprar, a tu gusto cual es el mas versatil? Sire V7, Sire M7 o el lakland? Entre los tres con cual te quedas? ando buscando uno para salsa y merengue con buen sustain.

Si es un Marcus Miller m7 ahi tienes muchas opciones de sonido y EQ... El v7 es un jazz bass. Tiene otro tipo de sonido y menos opciones... M7 creo que te dara mas frequencia bajas para salsa... Yo tenia un m7 primera generacion
