Congrats! We're building a Bimini in River Landing and can't wait. We share in your frustration related to the 3rd car wide garage too (especially since adding pool bath cuts into the Tandem garage space).

As a person who purchased in LWR in 2023 “who also bought in PE at Azario” This is such a fun video to watch. Yes we also chose this neighborhood mainly because the lot size and floor plans for our family coming down from the Midwest. Thanks for sharing 👍💥

Hi David, moving from Nashville and looking to rent in Lakewood Ranch, I have 9 year old twins and want to make sure we are zoned for a good school and live in a neighbourhood where they’ll make friends and have plenty to do. I am confused by all the different neighbourhoods and which would be a good fit. Our budget whilst renting is $3000 a month so think we will have to start in the older neighbourhoods. Do you have a video explaining the difference between all the neighbourhoods? Thanks so much!

Thanks so much, Rachael! I trust you guys are all well. Only because we'll likely get itchy feet again and the potential is there to downsize. We'll see how things are shaping up once Aubrey graduates though, and by then we may look to stay in LWR or venture elsewhere not too far away. We'll see : )

Sad people like you are chasing regular people like my husband and I that have lived in Florida since we were little and thought we’d retire since Florida was always the retirement state and now you’re chasing middle class, retirees and lower class out of Florida! Very sad it’s happened!
