The Los Angeles Lakers lost their home opener to the LA Clippers last night 103-97. Russell Westbrook did not make a field goal for the first time since 2016, going 0 for 11 which includes 6 missed three pointers. LeBron James said post-game quote, “I've had bad shooting nights. Everybody in this league has had bad shooting nights. Who cares? I thought he played a great game." Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless react.

I was actually impressed by the Lakers defense yesterday. Bev energy was infectious and had Russ playing great on D. The problem with the team is nobody can make 3 point shot. Wide open 3. Russ gave us 2 steal back to back on kawhi but we couldn’t take advantage of itZ

I think Dwight should have been kept around. They did not play him more then 6 minutes a game last year, and he still was one of the best defensive player players the lakers had. He also is a great rebounder even at this late stage in his career.
