Lake Toho summer fishing 24lb MEGA BAG!
During the summer most of the bigger bass on Florida's Lake Toho tend to group up on off-shore brush piles and hydrilla patches. Today we fished with Captain James Jackson on off-shore hydrilla slow rolling white spinnerbaits through the hydrilla. We caught a 24 pound bag of giant Florida bass with the biggest being 7 pounds 6 ounces.
Here's a link to the Spinnerbait we were using.

Yes, there are many ponds all around Central Florida that hold big bass. Just look for bigger ponds with good vegetation in then that look like they've been around for a while.
dad is a beast. Just moved out here hope i can get some monsters too!

They're out there that's for sure!
I’m going down to Toho this weekend for the first time I planned on flipping grass and looking for deeper clean hydrilla. I have no electronics on my boat…any advice would be greatly appreciated!
