Music is great and should be enjoyed by everyone and no one should be pigeon holed into any genre. For years, artists have jumped from genres to genres. Music lovers have been able to learn about artists this way. Beyonce sounds incredible as a country artist. I say give her a chance. Bigots like John Schneider don't have to listen to her or even speak about her. I know I don't want to hear from him. I used to be a fan of his but no more.

Why do you have to live a certain lifestyle to love or perform music of any genre? If you from a country southern background but, love rap,pop,jazz,claasical,or rock and can perform any of these genres why should you have to come from "certain" areas to be acknowledged? Taylor Swift didn't come from the south growing up living country, and she's huge in country and pop, nobody had a complaint why she was doing country music. Did they? Heck, at least Beyonce is from Texas with southern roots also in Alabama & Louisiana and talks about growing up going to rodeos, horses,liking country music, cowboy hats,etc.... She even wrote a country song Daddys lessons on her lemonade album and performed at the CMA with the Dixie Chicks, and it was amazing, but yall act like no one remembers that performance!!! Highest rating of any CMA show!!! if it wasn't Beyonce nobody would have a problem with these two country songs. People just dislike her cause she has a big following and the reason is she's a great entertainer and no one can deny that. All these artists complaining better step up their game and quit being mediocre cause Beyonce's the real deal in any genre. 😂😂

That’s the thing… she’s from Texas & her LIFESTYLE was NEVER country. Certainly I don’t live it but grew up on country music because my grandparents are from Texas & moved to Arizona due to work & all & they been here since the 70’s. But I think you bypassed my comment … she’s from Texas don’t mean she’s country. My grandparents & most of my other family that are from there grew up there I have a lot of family out there still they don’t go around oh I’m country because I’m from Texas wth or the ones who still live there aren’t like I’m country because I’m here in Texas. So what does that have to do with anything. Anywho I still think she’s not country she’s just all of a sudden claiming to be. And wants to be on top especially when she sees ppl of all genres passing her up in fame she wants to be on top.. she’s demonic at least I know that’s what she is!
