Sooperchef, I am not sure whether you're gonna read this comment or not but still I wanna request you something. Most of the time Pakistani people living abroad wanna try these recipes because either these foods aren't available in their counties or if available, it's too expensive. So, most of the time we try to cook these things at home. However, when I turn on to other channels to look for recipes, I give up right away because the recipes include too many ingredients/spices like, aloo bukhara, imli, fala cheese ke patay, sabot garam masala, choti ilaichi, badi ilachia, XYZ these things aren't commonly available in these countries. The reason I am falling in love with your channel is that most of the ingredients you use in your recipes are available worldwide. So, my request is to please keep this in consideration. Thank you

WHAT TO DO WITH THE Steamed gravy left in the foil?? discard it? i think tht will be huge loss of nutrients ryt?

This was by far the best Chargha recipe , after going through a dozen.... Thankyou for not repeating vinegar twice and soya etc al..... clear instructions and simple method....amazing results. Allah bless you.
