Your recipes are always good. I have a request. Yesterday i had a roast but it was not marinated with lehsan etc masala but still there was no smell in it and was quite spicy as well and the namak mirch was so good k andar tak mehsus hota tha, unlike oven roast ki tarha n soft as well, upar se kalonji lagi hui thi. I need to know how to make that one? It was spicy and khatta n too light. Please faiza can you share some similar recipe or if it’s already shared can i have a link? Much love❤️

My family preferred the chicken when I added tandoori massalla and lime juice and didnt completely dry the juice (I didn't have time). Also, I fried chips and mixed into the left over chicken juice and we all really loved the 'massalla chips'.

I made this today. It's very tasty..I found even on the lowest heat after 30 minutes my chicken started burning. So what I did was I put it in the oven low heat for about half an hour..it turned out so so soft. Thank you very nice xxx
