Great vid! My buddy just got one, and I wish I saw this video earlier. I was having trouble explaining why this is a great aid. I knew it would be perfect for him, but I couldn't articulate it too well. Your vid clearly and concisely illustrates what swing faults it helps to address and how it provides instance feedback. I have all three of them, too. They are absolutely great training aids. They're one of three training aids (the other two is the Swingyde and the golf swing trainer ball) that have actually helped me in the last year.

Should I focus on hitting the ball straight with the lag shot? I feel like I'm blocking the ball right in most cases.

Yes, Tony you want to be hitting it straight. It takes more practice with the Lag Shot. Try to face that clubface squarer a bit earlier in the downswing. Cheers
