I realize that this video is 3 years old but this helped. Also I've found that getting caught in the floor is a result of not recrouching in time.

if anyone is falling through the floor regardless of speed, shoot the same portal that you enter in the ceiling, itll fix the whole issue

i think it is alot easier if you toggle duck instead of holding your duck button. just do the setup, shoot blue then jump while duck is toggled then it works almost every time.

For anyone who's wondering: You can toggle duck by doing, "bind SHIFT toggle_duck"

I can do it but i keep falling through the floor as soon as i do it

i keep getting stuck oob near some wierd looking claws.

when i do it slow it makes me fall off the sign, but when i do it really fast it makes me stand up through the roof help

i find it easier to toggle duck instead of holding your duck button. just toggle duck on the sign, shoot blue, then jump
