The anarchic comedy from Nida Manzoor sees the all-female Muslim punk band return for series two after the high of their first UK tour, only to find a rival band threatening their delicate status quo.

Or those with teaching jobs 😖😖😖😖😖😖😖 Seriously, how many teachers are expected to work off hours doing ungodly amounts of paperwork, paper grading, "deliverables", and extra helper tasks? And they don't make nearly what Amina makes at her biotech job.

The way Amina/Anjana says "I hope this song find you well... Jimmy" sends me every time!! I am so obsessed with this series I 100% recommend it to anyone who enjoys punk and comedy !!

Great song (and great show) - the "I'll respond to your email at a reasonable hour" line felt very Flight of the Conchords, in the best way.
Six episodes per season are not nearly enough.

Well punk was based on bondage fashion and unusual hairstyles. Plus it has a metal guitar solo. So yeah it is definitely not punk. However, if it inspires people to be creative great! Punk kicked out Blondie one of the biggest bands ever but they started their own movement New Wave. So hopefully this will spark something new because punk is really old hat anyway.
