Recently the same thing happened with my wife. We replied to that mail by stating the section 12 (2) (a) of maternity benefit act 1961. They took back termination notice, reduced work load, gave 2 days WFH in a week. I request every couple to read maternity benefit act, so that u will be saved from these employer frauds.

Maternity leave is a right for female employees. No employer should involve them in office work while on Maternity leave. During that time, the female employee should be allowed to spend their time recuperating from the pregnancy and spending time bonding with their child. This was an amazing video. I’m loving these videos about making people aware of the laws and rights available to the public.

There are many unethical employers out there who will fire good employees for no reason. They may give excuses like company is facing financial difficulties and all that. This can happen to anyone, but being on maternity leave, no-pay leave, etc increases the chances of this happening to you. Be careful out there when deciding which company to work in.

Everywomen who had given birth to a baby is eligible for Six months maternity leave under government law. None of the companies where the women is working cannot deduct her salary nor they cannot terminate the women. if they do so she fight in the court and full benefits.

I would like to have videos about all labor laws. It is useful to everyone for job security.

Every Female employee and her husband should be aware of the maternity benifit act where the Government has increased paid maternity leave from 12 weeks to 26 weeks of which not more than eight weeks shall precede the date of expected delivery also Employers must pay their Female Employees their full salary during maternity leave. If your Employer is trying to do any foul play, Then please take legal actions.

Accordin 2 law al r equal so evn a woman wanted maternity leave den d boss hav no ryte 2 terminate nor deduct her salary,instd boss shud b kind enf n hlpful 2 staff equaly.

To all female employees: The day you get to know about your pregnancy, notify and stop doing any work (best if you can plan pregnancy) and live without any stress. Do religious things, think religious things and also go to religious places (nearby). Stay away from any stress, movies, non religious videos and talks, negative videos and talks. I know, this is very very difficult to keep this for 9 months, but trust me, if you take care of these 9 months, then your baby will have these good behaviour preinstalled and you dont have to take care of your baby behaviour after the birth.

But, I'm talking about successful women, not about characterless women , not about careless women, not about greedy women. 📌 A few women have no sense of maintain their role in men's life. 📌Where a Self - fish women born, there whole family is destroyed. Now a days this is happening less. Only small companies or toxic companies might not be following rules and policies otherwise I work in MNC and we were very supportive if someone goes for maternity leave. As a guy our wife, sisters will also get maternity leave so why guys have problem with this when their own family members can utilize and it's her right. Indirectly it's good for them as well.
