In the ending you see 3 people eating 3 different ways. One with hands, one with fork and one with chopsticks. And there is nothing wrong in eating with your hands.

Who said that people in the city don't eat with hands I have seen a lot of people who eat with their hand.

What's wrong with that? I'm one of them. Ayurveda suggests that we should eat with hands rather than using spoon, fork etc.

Well, if you eat with your hands at a restaurant, you are considered to be a misfit. Such acts are considered somewhat uncivilised at classy places like a restaurant and can sometimes make the other diners lose their appetite. You are probably familiar with the feeling of how some fellow diners might give you cold stares with judgemental eyes when you do not follow certain table manners, don’t you? This counts as one such instance where it can happen. This same issue becomes worse if the restaurant in question happens to be a high-end restaurant, where a majority of the diners are all classy. These people could complain to the management if they happen to be wealthy regular customers at such a place. The management also sides with regular customers over one-off customers in instances like these, because their revenue depends on them. This isn’t a home, where we can have food as we please.

I don’t agree with what is shown here, and neither do my parents (after showing them this video). Haven’t you heard the saying “Be in Rome the way Romans do”? Yes, it might be considered acceptable if you eat with your hands at home, or maybe at a friend’s place, but when you are at a restaurant you have to follow certain table manners. When you are living in a big city (even if for just a few days), you have to live the same way city folk do. Harbouring this kind of mentality at a restaurant only goes to show that you are stubborn and obstinate, thus incapable of learning anything new. By showing a video like this, what kind of message are you giving to society? That it is okay to be obstinate and stick to uncouth methods of eating your food? Your videos intend to spread awareness and create a better society, don’t they? So, then why is this particular video seeming to have the exact opposite effect of that? I take great pride in watching your videos, but please do not show videos like these and contradict the brave vision with which this channel was created. After all, the aim of these videos is to create a better society and to help it evolve with the times. Not to take it backwards in time.

Yes you are absolutely correct. Some times I see Indians with their parents coming to beach in Indian attire, they don’t have common sense that they should ask their mother to wear swimsuit which is appropriate wear to beach..not every is like your bro. And not every parents are like yours bro. Very stubborn i say.
