I like how Gaga is giving her attention equally to both Robin & Howard.

I love how humble she is deep down. Like, I felt like I had already made it, living on my own in new York in a $1400 apartment. That's right, baby girl! Because no matter her career, path in life, she leads with her heart, her passion. She would undoubtedly be exceptional in any position she's put in.
Wow the part where she said "I felt like I had already made it" I couldn't have sympathised more. I want to be a mathematician and just being able to pay my rent, support myself, do research I like, study what I enjoy and teaching is soooo much more than enough for me. It's actually just such a dream life. I really don't need awards or big professor titles to be happy. I love her so much.
She was such a breath of fresh air in the late 2010s

Gaga was just 25 during this interview..insane ! so smart and humble.
god damn, this was my favourite interview of hers. her outfit, her head space, her career at the time, i was and still am madly in love with BTW era Gaga. she truly was ahead of her time, it's honestly unfair.

You can clearly see here how humble and smart she always was, but still at that time people would just judge her as crazy/artificial/attention seeking, she didn't deserve the hate she got for so long
Her charisma, outfit, voice and intelligence ... OMG 😭😭😭
Such an inspirational woman. I’m going to show this interview to my 10 year old daughter who loves music. And yea, I play her GaGa, Pink Floyd, Hendrix, Nirvana, Pixies, and so much more. She has also played piano since she was 4 and sings, plays ukulele, drums and is starting to learn guitar. I just love that she loves music
Gaga: “It made no sense probably” “I was confused as to why there was a cash register sound in a rock song” “They should sue me immediately”
She would be 25 then. Im 25 now and i truly admire her hardwork and her journey to become who she is today.

My brother walked away from a rent controlled co-op at 2nd avenue and 1st which he could have owned for one dollar This was in 1986 the rent at the time was less than 300$ He was obligated to stay in the apartment for five years at which time he would have OWNED the unit for free Are you kidding me ? My father was bequeathed a rent stabilized classic NYC railroad apartment on central park west which was occupied by the same tenant for 40 years It was his FOR 250$ a month He turned it down The rent on the unit above him was 7500$ this was in the 90’s Are you insane ? Thats what i said when i found out he rejected the unit

I was doing backflips and ordering drinks.. haha I love her excitement over Brit🤩🤩
Love how self assured and resolved she is like when she said she became the artist she was destined to become. It’s a level of authenticity and knowing I want to be
She is just one of my favorite humans. Such a sharp girl, confident, beautiful, class act and really authentic and herself and such an incredible artist. She's just one of the precious protectable people. I hope she has peace and love everyday 💕
I can't believe this was almost 10 years ago 😳
I can’t really imagine Britney singing “Telephone” so songs definitely often find their home. #FreeBritney

Britney didn’t reject it, it was actually her team but the rough demo didn’t feel it belonged to her. However Quicksand is great and would be more amazing if it had the single treatment with gaga as a feature

This is what I love about Howard stern interviews. He is mindful of his questions and gets very thought provoking responses from his guests. Perhaps not so much in his earlier years but definitely as of present, in these last few. It’s interviews like this that make me more aware of the celebrity as an individual and respect them even if I hadn’t given them much thought prior...

thats actually really cool,.I never knew that! honestly lady gaga did the best job on that song! she's a damn queen!
Shes one of the big pop stars that I respect a lot, cool chick.
I really would love a future song with Lady Gaga and Britney Spears !!!
I'm pretty sure that Britney management needs to change again asap they keep turning down good opportunities for her to show case her raw natural voice ... I'm sure in time she will be free from the said ppl who was suppose to protect her who now takes advantage of her #FreeBritney
Rocking the Rob Halford look circa Screaming for Vengeance/Defenders of the Faith. She is great...I wish she would do some metal collabs.
thank u so much for having gaga on, howard 💜 she’s so special & everyone needs to know it
HBD Lady Gaga! What a great interview
This is absolutely amazing!
Sweet and humble
I miss this Gaga so much...
"Hell No! Freaking Britney Spears singing my record. Ru kidding, I was doing backflips and ordering drinks." 😏🔥
One of the best singers of all time hands down!
speaking of Classic Rock... she's wearing Rob Halford (Judas Priest) outfit
Spears also had “Umbrella” written for her, but she turned it down.
She is amazing!! 👍🏻👍🏻
She is a Goddess! ♥️
And Beyoncé and Gaga had literally one of the most ICONIC songs ever collaborated between women in the industry, like they ate it up and imagine a live version of it? Never happened mehhh
I’m still waiting for a collab
Her Money song when she first came out was my Favorite !!!😘😘😘💜💜💜
Wow. This still looks so current
Just imagine lady Gaga telephone ft Beyoncé and Britney boom number 1 for 3 years

Omg I mean this outfit 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm glad she did no one would sing that song better than Gaga
She made it ! get It
Luv you, Gaga.
She's good in my book
her outfit is just like a britney's outfit way back on 2002 vma..
I've never ever liked gaga but now I know she really likes pink floyd I'm officially a fan, wasn't expecting that
The Howard Stern Show I have an Agile 10 String Electric Guitar
Dude is digging way too deep, and Gaga is like "chill" .
I did piano and switched to guitar at 13

I hope she still feels like she is doing music her way! I can’t help but feel like her most recent album gave into the ‘norms’ of modern pop music.

I get why britney didn't put the song on the album circus, it didn't really fit the album, and britney's version is ok, but when i listen to the song, i feel like it suits gaga's style more

Britney already had a song called phonography on the circus album. So her team rejected it.
That would have been amazing.
