I really like the fact that she was cautious and got you to sign multiple times, elderly people get taken advantage of the most and it's good to see her being pragmatic even though you can tell at the bottom of her heart she really did trust the guys. Not everyone is like Rudan Brothers, so better safe than sorry.

Yes she is smart and careful. The older we get the more we’ve seen and become cautious. She is my fav recipient of their generosity I’ve seen. I did tear up a bit for her. She was such a sweet soul.

I didn't know the value of this until recently, I had a steel roof company come to my house to give me my free estimate. I have a smaller house, but he quickly turned into a used car salesman and told me the roof with "free gutters add-on" would be $28,000. Just in case anyone wonders how amazing it is that Rudan does this for free. It's not a simple give-away, it's a life-changing gift to a homeowner. These guys are fantastic for offering this to their community.

As a widow (without life insurance) I’m crying for heartache and joy for her. And having just replaced my roof after hurricane Ian I know what a blessing this is. Mine was $30,000. Plus $3k for gutters may God bless these men and keep them safe.
