thanks Doc! this technique is used for flamenco style on classical guitars with nylon strings and the original technique will produce a different sound. my son is very good at it and whenever i jam with him, i learn a few things (mera baap hai woh). i started experimenting with this style and adapted it for the indian percussion rolls - i used this in diye jalte hain lesson also which has a unique roll in every bar that Pancham da never used again - his hallmark of not not repeating unique patterns :) now i use this technique sometimes to fill in the gaps in a simple pattern in a very subtle way - you might notice that in some of my lessons, but i don't call it out.

Wonderful guitar...and teaching....but i guess singer seems to be not comfortable with scale especially male voice..May be m wrong idk..🤷 I have a request can you teach the strumming the way you do it..i mean how you do it ..with two finger without thumb..coz while doing upward stroke my nails get struck of that 2 fingers
