Thanks for watching this video. Its fine to drive in August. But it will be better if you break the whole journey in atleast 2 parts. Manali to Sarchu, and Sarchu to Leh. Because there will be high chances of slippery roqds and Land Slide. Assuming you are traveling by Car. Please take two oxygen cyclinder (oxy 99) or similar with you, if you are going for first time. Keep some dry foods and lots of water. And some Altitude sickness medicine,if you have kids or any elder with you

We did the same drive last September via Baralacha pass from Leh. Same experience we also had snow fall, black ice and scary experience. We did in 2017 Honda Amaze. Life best memories 😌 Me and my wife from Tamil Nadu

In this high altitude, some snow will be there. But not this much. Best snow is found on May and september. But roads will be easier in July, if rainfall does not happen

In higher Altitude you will get some snow. But Mid of May and October are the months when quantity is maximum

A lot of improvements. Very nice grip, as you have seen in videos. Comfort wise at par with Apollo. And I did not get any puncture in one year, dye to the spike design. But for better comfort you can go for Michellin Ltx trail

Hello Sir, Really liked ur detailed info about things. Wanted to ask, Is Atal Tunnel open early morning like 5 or 6 AM ? . I went there twice for Rotang and Lahual, and we generally got the chance to enter around 10 AM.

Which tyre did you use. Which company . Which size. Thanks in advance. I am planning Leh with my Jeep Compass. Many compass having problem in Leh with Bridgestone OEM tyres. Tyre bursts.

I used Yokohama Geolander all terrain 235/65 R17. Actually Stock tyres are not that good in quality. In this much snow also, it did not slip
