It's funny how people usually view metal singers as really aggressive, dark and depressive but when you talk to them they always turn out to be the most chilled, friendly and polite people in the world!

She truly is underated at least in the US. Such a beautiful talent attached to a beautiful woman. Seeing lacuna coil live at Aftershock a few years back was truly a dream come true! I hope they come back soon.

As underrated they might be in US, they wouldn't be here after 20 years if they didn't somehow break through there. Believe me, in italy they're basically nobodies - obviously metal in general isn't that big down here

Such a sexy woman! It's awesome how articulate she is and she doesn't come off as a hothead. Truly seems like a down to earth type.

She really is nice. So is the rest of the band. They played a small show in my state and just for the heck of it they came at sat at the tables to sign things and talk between sets. I bought a CD when I was there for them to sign but come to find out they already pre-signed it so the only thing we could find was the back of a Shadows Fall poster. They thought it was hilarious.

I met her and had the chance to speak with her here in Italy. One of the most humble and kind person I ever met.

Mad props to the interviewer here, playing it cool and being respectful. I've been lucky enough to hang out with the band a few times and I struggle to form coherent sentences

I love Lacuna Coil and I am very proud to be Italian, thanks Christina !

Clara Di Luca hech yeah! the only other artists I listen to on a daily basses are Ozzy, Black Label Society, Lacuna Coil, and joe bonamassa. These bands are wonderful and as far as lacuna coil goes....they have such a unique sound. From a mixing standpoint it just sounds tits on a good stereo, the engineer behind the mixing is a flipping genius :)

She's a great singer. It's a shame L.C. isn't bigger in the US.

Singing metal to me, is Death, Mayhem, and Burzum. I sang in Black Sabbath tribute band for 13 years...lol. WHAT type of female metal singer are you btw?...with the look you have, they must be RUNNING

Met Cristina at a Lacuna Coil gig a couple years back, such a lovely and down to earth lady!

Such beauty, such class, such talent... she's a rare breed!

COMALIES SOUNDS LIKE IT CAME FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION! it gave me chills and took me to one every time I listened to it! The fact that she says she actually felt like she was in another dimension translating that album into this one makes total sense, I 100% agree she did that and very well

Regarding being the "first woman" to do so many of the things she's done; I think the fact that she's not trying to be the "first woman" helps. She's accomplished so many firsts because she doesn't let herself get distracted by her gender. She's not a WOMAN metal singer; she's a metal singer.

Being Italian I have so much respect for Cristina she has such a powerful voice and I love her personality

Met her at Ozzfest '04. She is vocally flawless live, prettier in person, and absolutely TINY lol. Also, she smelled really good. Don't know her preferred perfume but it's a winner.

Gorgeous lady.

2:20 That face she makes when she says, "Because there were tapes... back then." Literally how I feel when talking to any of my younger friends about anything I experienced that mattered to me from 80s/90s lol.

I always, always forget how deep her voices sounds like and always get blown away!
