Don't forget about lactic tolerance. You can have a high lactic threshold, but if you have a low lactic tolerance, you'll never reach your threshold and/or sustain it comfortably. Also, don't forget about weight lifting. All of the endurance athletes I coach lift weights because the amount of lactic accumulation in weight lifting is greater than any interval setup. Weight lifting also improves VO2max, LT and economy through a completely different mechanism than by simply increasing mitochondrial counts.

Remember to use the speed setting for videos like this. I use 1.5x, but 1.25x works well too.

A tip : you can watch movies at Kaldrostream. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies recently.

I can't go over 176 bpm during my interval training but my max HR is around 188 bpm. I don't know if it's too low and how i can increase my anaerobic and VO2 max? If someone has an advice i'll be glad to hear you.

i am a dance sport Athlete and we dance 5 dances back to back with each dance for 1.30min 4 out of 5 are really fast .. my problem is i normaly loss the power within the 2nd and 3rd dance !! please advice .. note that each dance is like running 800 metters

could have been a much shorter video if you used slides. I appreciate the video but my lord did it drag out

You don't need to take a blood test to know your lactate threshold. Just exercise till you can't talk and that would be it. It's not super scientific but it gets the job done :p
