My new beauty secret is yogurt with blueberries and kiwi..... mum makes it for us for dessert! :)

Hi, well he has good days and not-so-good days, he has slowed down a lot and his old one-hour walk is now a 30 min walk. He still swims like a dolphin so he gets good exercise. He has arthritis so we don´t push him to walk too far. x
