I played this 10 times yesterday and at least ten more times today. Beautifully sung and accompanied. I’m in Afghanistan and I miss my wife and sing along hoping that she will hear me in her dreams. Sweet longing, sigh.

There’s just such a shadowy depth and gracefulness to that piano arrangement. It’s almost like standing before a dark frozen lake at night and watching the snow gently fall on its surface illuminated by an orange lamppost. Don’t even get me started on her voice Finally it’s gotten the well deserved 10mil milestone

So I've come across a lot of covers of this song. For some reason, I'm seeing even more lately. But this version is, without exception my very favorite. Her delivery is simply perfect. Makes me wish I was still a professional musician, I'd give anything to work with someone like her.

This is one of my favorite renditions of the song. Simple but heartfelt.

2019, and this song is still so beautiful, and your voice is angelic. I can never understand why this generation always blasts out harsh and loud music, and not listen to smooth, peaceful and beautiful music like this.

I love songs like this, and I love old music too, don't put a whole generation of people into a box of what music they love. My generation has so many people who love so many different types of music. It's never okay to stereotype an entire generation's music taste

I adore this song as well. I listen to it a lot, the music just depends what we’re feeling at the time I think. If we feel bad we listen to sad songs, if we’re happy we listen to happy songs. If we’re at peace and content we listen to songs like this. It really just depends on the person. But don’t worry, there are many many people who love this still. Don’t think it’s just the older generation x

My roommates and my neighbors across the hall only listened to rap and I don't think I've ever disliked anyone more than that bunch. They act like they own everything. Freshman year is over though, and I hope that next year I meet some great people behave like those you describe.

Harsh and loud music has nothing to do with this current generation or previous generation for that matter. Heavy metal has been around for decades and some of the best musicians come from that genre. The narrow minded ones are the one who think that the only good music is what they like.

Wow wow wow! Probably the best cover of this song I have heard.

This rendition is beautiful. I love the way the music supported the singer, great control of the keys, so many times you strain to hear the vocals. I'd like to hear more from him.

Edit piaf is a legend French singer she's inspires millions of people around the globe respect for her.

I love this version so very much. Thank you, Ms. Moss, for your beautiful vocals both French and English, and Mr. Lux for your lovely piece on the piano. I used your cover as an accompaniment with a 4- year-anniversary gift to my significant other. The gift was a little book and on each page was a picture of us and an English lyric from the song because I wanted him to flip the pages along with your cover. We were in his car at a restaurant parking lot; we had just finished eating. As I gave the book to him, I told him to wait before opening it because I had to get my phone out and prepare the song to play at the right moment. There was an anticipating silence in the car. Then I said, "Okay, go." I pressed play on my phone, he opened the book, and the silence was sweetly broken by, "When you kiss me, heaven sighs, and though I close my eyes, I see la vie en rose." It was such a beautiful moment and later that evening, he told me thank you and said, "It was like magic." I first heard this song with my wife in a Cafe in Paris and fell in LOVE with it. This simply has to to be the best renditions I've ever heard. I simply love her voice and accent, the piano is amazing, fitting in so well and it's just overall beautiful! Je l'aime simplement.
