This video becomes even funnier when you consider the implications of some of the costumes in regards to the timeline: This is most likely set in Halloween 2000. Pokémon Gold & Silver released in Europe in April 6th 2001, one day after Giorno defeats Diavolo. This means Ghiaccio got a foreign copy of Pokémon Gold/Silver, transferred an Articuno to it from a Gen 1 game, found out they kept the design change from Yellow and got so mad about it that he made an Articuno costume for Halloween just so he could rant about it to people who have no idea what he's yapping about, as he does. Shadow the Hedgehog was revealed in the first trailer for SA2 in E3 2000, which was in June. Details about the character were kept extremely vague until the game released in June 2001, meaning Risotto saw the edgy and dark "Evil Sonic" in promotional material and went "I'm totally dressing up as him for Halloween" (which I'm sure many Sonic fans at the time did but a grown ass man doing it is still funny). And since he dies two months before the game comes out, he'd never get to find out what the character's deal is. And of course, Illuso just decided to dress up as some weird horror thing he probably made up on the spot (likely intending to troll some people using his Stand with the mirror), and then over 23 years later the same costume was featured in a con so ridiculous it was memed to death... And subsequently ensured it would be a popular costume for Halloween 2024. Am I reading too much into this April Fools animation? Nah, I'm not reading into it ENOUGH. Also why is almost nobody talking about Fromaggio, the Stand user of *Little Feet* dressing up as *Little Foot?*

I like the detail that since they are in the year 2001, the new generation that Ghiaccio would be hoping the designers will get fired before it comes out would in fact be gen 3, which came out in 2002. I love the little details and effort you put into this, and I bet Ghiaccio would appreciate too.

If you think about it, Ghiaccio's vast knowledge of various topics to point out very minute inconsistent or non-sensical mistakes would've made him a perfect guy to ask to peer review a rough draft for a thesis. This guy would somehow comprehensively lecture you on the entirety of quantum physics if a movie busted out the term to try and sound sensible.

For anyone who doesn't understand the last joke Pesci said he was Frankenstein. The green creature featured in Mary Shelley's famous 1818 novel "Frankenstein" is not called Frankenstein at all. Frankenstein is the name of the doctor that creates a creature made from multiple corpses' body parts all stitched together and reanimated using electricity. The most commonly accepted name for this humanoid creature is Frankenstein's Monster. Ghiaccio is a person who is very adamant to a fault that information be conveyed accurately and faithfully to all source material being referenced. Ghiaccio got very angry and struck Pesci, because Pesci mislabeled his costume as Frankenstein, instead of as "Frankenstein's Monster".

I love the attention to detail in that Golden Wind is set before the release of Ruby and Sapphire. Best April Fools joke ever!!

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate the fact that the characters in the background are almost never static, as they either blink or change the direction they are facing at, or even walk away. I don't know if that is actually hard on the technical side, but surely even just the thought of this shows the love and attention even for the shortest videos. Viva really always gives us the nicest presents (as if we didn't already know that).

You know what, I feel this on a core level because of a few mons changed Gen 3 onwards. Like how Suicune's shiny form is an icy blue and white, which makes perfect sense since it's known to purify water on touch! WHY DID THEY MAKE IT DARK BLUE AFTER THAT!? Or how they put Pikachu on a diet! SOMEONE FEED THAT POOR THING!!

Part 5 takes place in 2001 in-universe, so either way he is very much ahead of his time.

The feather's froze together and Articuno is too lazy to groom itself properly.

This is one of the reasons why Ghiaccio is my favorite.

I feel like Viva had a very specific quibble and is using Ghiaccio as thier mouthpiece.

The amount of time probably spent on that Shadow the Hedgehog costume only for it to end up in the background of a joke video… the amount of effort you put into these is insane.

I can’t speak for everyone but I personally LOVE these short little JoJos videos that are just fun little scenarios you come up with! Would love to see any more you might come up with in the future!

I'd rather he continued with the Articuno tyrade than hear another word about Frankenstein being the name of the scientist. Actually he had a stand, I'd take being frozen in an ice skating rink.

Illuso's costume is straight up the best. The Unknown as actually what happens when you achieve the opposite of heaven.

Technically Pesci isn't wrong there, the version of Frankenstein's monster he is dressed up as (with green skin and the bolts through the neck) is specifically the Hollywood version of the monster which has essentially become its own holloween/horror culture icon distinct from the original novel and is often called "Frankenstein" by the many Universal Horror movies he appeared in, to the point that it is not incorrect to call that Hollywood version "Frankenstein" even though that is totally unfaithful to the source material

Objection! The Monster is Frankenstein's metaphorical child! Making him part of the Frankenstein family!

I mean he's technically right to call himself Frankenstein; the doctor gave life to the monster ergo the monster inherits the name which would be Frankenstein. Heck some people even took that more literally and made movies about the monster being mush more analogous as a son to the Doctor like Young Frankenstein
