You know the interview is good when they can't say goodbye to each other. They filmed another 10mins while standing trying to exit 😂😂😂

That impromptu conversation at the end -- with four OGs standing around and chopping it up -- is why the Pivot is undeniable.

What I took away from this interview is how articulate Sean is. He answered every question leaving zero confusion! He could have a career in keynote speaking or sports commentary if he wanted 💯 Another dope interview fellas!

Yeah you can tell he's conditioned himself to do that. A quality I have trouble with myself, but I've always respected it.

How can you not love the Pivot?! This show allows every guest to be seen and perceived in a different light. The guests always feel comfortable with RC, Fred, and Channing to naturally be themselves and speak with transparency, honesty, and vulnerability.

I see why Sean Mcvay moved up to head coach quicker than anybody else ever has in NFL history. His attention to detail, charisma, and the way he presents himself is remarkable. I’m only 23 but his social awareness and ability to talk with anyone in the room with such substance in every word just oozes from the screen. I hope I’m able to talk like this one day especially in interview settings 😂

I just love how all 3 of you interview your guests. You work off one another so well. Respect

I like how he acknowledged his opportunities afforded to him others were not. That is emotional intelligence!

Exactly. There's nothing wrong with acknowledging facts. Especially for in his situation because he can be like "I definitely have had opportunities that not everyone has, but I've made the most of each one too and not everyone does that either."

The Rams are my team. I grew up in L..A. when they were there until 1994 & was overjoyed when they came back to L.A. in 2016. Coach Sean McVay has been the best Coach the Rams have ever had as far as I'm concerned. And not only has he taken us to the SuperBowl in 2019 but we won in 2021. I love everything about that.

As a Rams fan since the original LA RAMS, McVay is such an asset. To hear him say last year he wasn’t the coach he knew he could be, spoke volumes. Realism is important. I respected this man and was so great full for 2021 but now it’s even more.

Love how he asks all three of them what they did to motivate themselves. He is genuinely interested in other people and always looking for chances to learn. That is per of what makes him great!

That has moved up to one of my favorite Pivot interviews of all time. Last 5 minutes was 🔥!

The humble approach he takes to his craft, and the amount he cares about others makes me absolutely love this dude a thousand times more than I already did. Not even a Rams fan, but damn that's a hell of a coach and one hell of a human.

I’m a NFL fan! Specifically Cardinals and Browns due to where I lived, but this dude is so inspiring. Listening to him vs current Browns coach Kevin Stefanski is night and day! Good luck to 2023 Browns though.

Rams have the 2nd most cap $$ next year...

In 1999, ESPN picked the Rams to finish dead last in their division. Las Vegas gave them the HIGHEST odds (3500 -1) to win the title. Out of every sports team to every win a title, the 99 Rams were LEAST expected to win a championship, let alone do it with a backup QB who wasn't even drafted and who had spent his time in the arena league. If ANY team can shock the crap out of some people, it is THIS team. In fact, they're KNOWN for doing things that NO one expects them to do. Few things make me happier than watching the "experts" eat crow as the Rams defy every convention and every ODDS maker.

Anyone who was in STL in 99 remembers the Domino's story. The Rams were a shit team for a few years before that. Domino's had a deal where every touchdown the Rams scored, the price of Pizza reduced by like $0.99. The greatest show on turf was that year and the Rams were scoring 4,5 touchdowns per games. Guys in STL were buying pizza for $2-3. Domino's deliveries were highest when the Rams played. Absolutely insane.

I love how they show us the conversations after the interview is over.

Its funny Mcvay would not stop talking and at one point RC thought he was done turned to walk away, and Sean started talking again and RC looked around like did anybody see me. Lol

This is why the pivot is so important! I already loved mcvay as a signal caller now I realise how much of dope guy he is! Nothing but respect for Sean he will be in the nfl for a longtime. Big up the pivot guys too great episode.

When the Rams made the decision to pay Todd Gurley, and he got injured the way he did. That’s what ended RB’s getting paid. And McVay is on record saying the Rams will never pay another RB because of that situation, and the rest of the NFL teams followed suit.
