LA Marathon Made Bert Kreischer Fat - YMH Highlight

Комедия

Bert Kreischer tells Tom Segura and Christina P how running the marathon with ZERO training was one of the worst decisions of his life. It took a tole on his body and made him gain a lot of the weight he lost in the #bertisfat weight loss campaign all back. Would it have made a difference if he trained more for it? Does he have the Mickey Mantle gene?
Well, apparently even though he hated the marathon, he still signed up for a triathlon where he swam 400m (quarter of a mile), biked 10 miles, and then a 3 mile run. Is Bert too competitive for his own good?
One thing is for sure, Bert was the fattest participant in the triathlon. When he registered for the race, everyone was surprised he wasn’t checkin in for the clydesdale division, but one thing for sure is that he had to special order his XXL triathlon suit.

On a different podcast, Bert mentioned he didn’t even train for the marathon. Of course your body is going to hit rock fucking bottom if you don’t eat right, drink constantly and your body isn’t used to vigorous exercise.

I have been on a really clean diet for about 3 weeks now and I've cut back on alcohol. I want to start some sort of routine but I'm not sure what to do. I guess starting anything is better than nothing.
