I love these videos Micah. I think you should do one once every other month or so. It shows that there are normal people doing normal things in this country.

@@sfrsteel 😊 it’s really cool to to see all the places you hear about. Downtown is my favourite. Was surprised when he said that the viewership went down?! I wonder how difficult it would be to visit and fly over San Francisco? Just an idea Micah 🙂.

Great to see a recap of how things look now vs then. It’s still not back to the full slog of a 100% LA packed traffic day, but it’s definitely getting there.

I love these video's of yours flying over the LA area. This one here was done very well and was very interesting. It's nice to see you with your family flying above LA. I think I heard you say there wasn't enough viewership of the video's I'm very surprised to hear that, because they are so unique to many of us. They are so well done and the majority of us, will never get to fly in a helicopter and see the sights so clearly. Thanks for the great ride. I watch these video's the moment I see them listed on KZread.

I gotta say though, I miss pandemic traffic. When most everyone was staying home. Roads were clear. And all the ships out in the harbor, still just waiting to offload. Crazy. And, I was going to say that I thought the video looked great.

The footage of LA at sunset was amazing, thanks for sharing!

Mahalo for making these flying videos! I'm glad I can go back and watch them. These are now a time capsule from the early COVID era. I understand that these flights are very expensive for you. Please, don't bankrupt yourself to make these flights. Just enjoy the flights you want to enjoy with your family. It's so heartening to see you all there flying together and having a ball, though. Great to see the comparison flight of LA. I made several trips to LA, I live in San Diego, during the pandemic and it was definitely different, with no traffic. I was in LA a few weeks ago and its getting back to "normal" traffic everywhere. Thanks for taking the time to show LA from the air. I'm looking forward to seeing a Muzio family trip to San Diego. The apple pie trip was close to San Diego.

Thank you for doing this flight, I was really hoping you did one of these again. It's these that got me hooked on this channel. During lockdown, you covered many of the things I requested which was so cool. You even flew over the Pomona fairgrounds (sorry if that was a boring request Evie :-) Many of us Brits love our trips to Cali and those videos kept our hopes up during lockdown although we still can't travel to the USA. Your daughter is so well-behaved and adorable btw. I do still love my T Shirt :-)

Don't know about KBB but UPS never stopped moving boxes last year, was actually like Christmas time most of the year because of it. No hiding in our homes saying we were scared to die, just moving boxes:) What I do miss is cruising though, we used to cruise 4 times a year and haven't since 2019 as we had 2 cancelled on us last year and we don't want to jump through hoops just to go on a cruise at this time. The positive note is that I bought my own plane last year and have been flying my family around the USA instead for vacations to all new theme parks we had never been to, even up to Wisconson for a Milwaukee Brewers baseball game and we had never been to Wisconsin before. Definitely ups and downs.

Honestly, 2020 was the hardest I've worked in my life. KBB never stopped and this channel filled up every bit of spare time I'd had previously. Hi5 for powering through at UPS!

I saw my old home away from home, the Hill of Palos Verdes as you were coming into Rodondo Beach. I loved that area.

The 2020 vs 2021 footage is night and day. Glad you documented these sights!

I've missed this type of video, where you tour LA, so it's great to see them back again. It's a shame that viewer numbers dropped off last time you were doing them as I would always watch them religiously - they helped keep me sane during lockdowns in the UK. Even though you're switching over to more family adventures now, I'm hoping that we'll have some more videos like this moving forward even if not as often as before. I'll definitely continue watching them... i've been to Southern California a few times so it's great to see it from a different perspective. Still working from home mostly, unfortunately, so spending a lot of time at home compared to normal. Not travelling as much as I used to either so am watching a lot of videos to compensate and to see the world :)

Possibly you will not see this Micah but the reason many people might have stopped is that you stopped appearing on the feed of recommended. I have been subscribed since maybe Feb or March 2020 and was a faithful viewer. You saved my sanity and life especially during that first year of the pandemic. Am an expat New Yorker living abroad since the 1970's. I live in Germany now. Not just the fantastic views and scenery but your manner of sharing and just talking was like having a friend here during months of isolation. The interaction with different air traffic controllers was all part of an extraordinary experience. Also that you gave information so that curious people like me could actually learn something. I also love when we taxi and take off with you and land. It is a phenomenal experience. I thought I had the bell to all vids but with youtube and their ridiculous algorithms I am never sure what is working. I would never have abandoned you intentionally. I watched for most of 2020 and into 2021 but owing to personal life struggles I was not as often online. My notebook is growing old and I will never be able to replace it for financial reasons. Suddenly today I thought to myself what happened to Micah? So I searched and there you are. I must catch up with the videos I have missed. Have already watched 4 today. Great new flying machine and seeing your family. The little one has grown so much and pretty as a picture. The cheerfulness and energy from the three of you comes across and really lift my spirits. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart. When life and the state of the world seem nearly hopeless your wonderful spirit and videos remind one of good people and good things. I'm glad I did see your comment. Thanks for sharing such kindness. :) The KZread algorithm has a knack for narrowing the focus of channels like mine. Some folks love our heli videos but a lot more seem to engage with our car videos. And so, the KZread pushes the car videos. Obviously I adore flying and love sharing our adventures but knowing that the algorithm but to grow the channel we have to focus on cars. KZread commands it! :) All that said, one way or another we'll still share helicopter videos. I'm just not sure about the best way to do it. Regardless, I truly appreciate your support. Cheers!

I live on the East coast, never been out in Cali and I find this really interesting

My daughter and I were looking for videos about Disneyland a year ago and found yours flying over the Magic Kingdom and loved it and I now try to watch all the vids you post about flying. As for what your viewers have been up to I have been very, very busy working as a frontline Paramedic dealing with this Pandemic since day one. You vids give me a little break from my reality. 👍
