आप की बात सही हर कोई ऑपरेशन नहीं चाहता है निर्णय लाने मे दिक्कत होती हैं बकी सभी 99 % मना करता है दर की वजह से मेरे भी माइल्ड नस् दब रही है आप बताये हिसाब से से हो सुरजेरी लेकिन हम तो हलका सुन्न कूल्हे मे हलका दर्द झंग मे दर्द घुटने की पीछे नुस खिचाव age 69 है

Clinical History: Neck pain radiating to bilateral upper limb FINDINGS: Levoscoliosis in the cervical region. Minimal disc bulge, early desiccation, small annular tear is seen at C3-C4 and C4-C5 level causing mild thecal sac indentation and foraminal narrowing with minimal indentation on bilateral exiting nerve roots at C3-C4 level. The AP canal diameter measures 11.2 mm and 11mm respectively. Diffuse disc bulge, desiccation, annular tear, reduced disc height, small protrusion is seen at C5-C6 level causing cord indentation with impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots (L>R) without signal changes in the cord. The AP canal diameter measures 9.0 mm. Vertebral bodies are normal in height, alignment and signal intensity. Posterior spinal elements are normal. Cervical cord is normal in MR morphology. No evidence of altered signal is seen. Craniovertebral junction is normal. No evidence of atlantoaxial dislocation or assimilation is seen. Pre and paravertebral soft tissues are normal. IMPRESSION: MR IMAGING OF CERVICAL SPINE REVEALS

Thanks doc. Atleast now i dont think i have all discs bulging. Since my bulge is only l4-5 but sysmptoms of all l4-5 and s1. But you explained well how only one bulge can show all symptoms

Suggestion Please Findings: z Cord terminates at L1 level. Osseous structures show normal vertebral body heights and marrow signal. Straightening of lumbar curvature likely due to muscular spasm. Intervertebral discs at L1/2, L2/3, L3/4 and L5/S1 levels appears normal with no significant disc desiccation or disc herniation seen. At L4/5 level minimal disc desiccation with minimal disc bulge and tiny central annular fissure causing slight indentation of the anterior theca with mild to moderate narrowing of the lateral recesses and mild narrowing of the right neural foramen. No evidence of spondylodiskitis or mass lesion. Normal prevertebral and paravertebral soft tissues. Atiq Ahmad

Sir, thanks for mentioning the latest spine surgery for PIVD. Is this endoscopic surgery may possible for cervical prolapse? I am glad that you repeatedly mention Physiotherapy as one of the coservative treatment of choice. But I 've treated one of my patient for more than 3 months and couldn't find unilateral incresed SLR more than 45 degree with moderate nocturnal pain. I suggested for a third opinion of surgery..
