L27 P2: Don't put fullness in the back shoulder! - Traditional Model | Online Coat Making Course

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this second part of our video lesson on shoulder theory, we are going to take a deep dive into the industry standard of shoulder construction. While it’s an industry standard, we don’t believe that this method of constructing shoulders is appropriate from a technical level. To help you understand this, we will demonstrate examples and evaluate this method step by step.

I'm a home sewist, but purchased patterns and making my own patterns consistently fail to fall from my shoulders well. I'm learning construction and pattern-making from Reza in a way that explains why I still struggle to get the fit I want. I'm loving this.

Even if you were not totally correct, you've bravely put your reasons out there, and others can then agree, or challenge - but only via other reasons. Scientific Tailoring can only help everyone.

@@OFFICIALISOT I have begun this journey as a retirement activity, I embrace your lecture with regard to independant thinking, exploration in theory AND practice, I typically in life have taught myself my skills over a lifetime using resourses at hand and figuring it out ( a slow process fraught with some failure) and just want to say how valuable this lecture is, thank you so much, please keep up this work. Greetings from New Zealand.
