I am not a referee but I THINK it would have to be an intentional foul for a DQ. An accidental foul- which this seemed to be- would end in a no contest unless they were at a point in the fight where it would actually go to the cards.

Looks like it must have been the first low blow that broke the cup. It looks a more direct strike. That must mean that Muhammad Ali continued to fight with a potentially broken cup. Let's say the cup was broken. The second low blow could have been blunt force trauma as well as a slice with a sharp plastic.

romans accurate with his shots but needs to stop throwing crazy wild swinging punches and make sure to watch out for counterstrikes.

Man, the commentators were so biased towards Roman... First round they were happy Roman was dominating, in the break between rounds one of them even says "I hope Roman comes as strong in the second round and imposes himself again" wtf? Then all the "Roman is in great shape", "Roman ragdolls his opponent", "Roman has great accuracy", "Roman his doing great", even when on the second round Roman was getting pounded and was clearly out of breath, even during the break the guy came back breathing really heavily. So those two shots to the groin were to regain some oxygen, he knew he was getting beat, since Ali was way better in the breathing department. Did any of the commentators mentioned that? No, they were too busy complimenting Roman. lol
